Hi, I am Brazilian and I bought a ticket already zp 1 week ago.
Zp bought on Tuesday, was three slips of ZP 20 000, of which R $ 90.00 reais.

I paid and the ZP does not show up! Can help in some Mod

PS: Because I am Brazilian, I used the google translator.

Sounds like you are trying to get free ZP, since I never had any problems with ZP. What was your payment method?

That same problem happened to me. Was close to holidays too. You will have to wait the reply in ticket. Don't keep replying yours ticket. This makes your ticket go to 'end of the line'.

Eu também comprei ZPs e não chegaram ainda já mais de 10 dias que depositei e até agora não chegou .Até desistir por não saber oque fazer

This is an English only forum.

Why must brazilians make a big deal of where they are from? It takes up to 48 hours for it to credit your account sometimes. if you don't receive it in 2 days submit a support ticket.

it took me 72 hours...i sent a support ticket about a refund on coupons 2 hours after i got it and it said i sent my support ticket to late it had to be between 0-48 hours...from my math skills im pretty sure 2 is between 0-48

Hi my ZP has not yet arrived, and that a lack of ****ty, I bought 3 of 20 thousand by Billet ZP paid in each of R $ 28.99 and 48 hours if these were the times, it's been 1 week and 2 days or if you prefer 9 days.
