Where is paybycash?

Umm I'm more used to the subagames forums type so I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it in. Anyways, i bought an Ultimate Game Card a few weeks ago, just to find out that the paybycash option isn't there, which is the only way to reedem it. i think i wasted 20 dollars for nothing. Will paybycash ever come back? I still have that ultimate game card lying on my desk.......eyeing me with regret......
