Does CF support this?

Just wondering if someone or someones can tell whether or not I can play Crossfire with these specs?

Studio XPS 1645
Intel core i7 CPU Q 740 @ 1.73GHz
8G RAM
ATI Mobility Raedon HD 5730 <---I've already searched the forums and I'm sure crossfire doesn't support this GC.
Tell me some good news?

Would appreciate some feedback. As I'm not a computer guru lol.

EDIT: My resolution is currently on 1920x1080. I think that's the resolution that cf doesn't support?

cf only supports 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x800 and 1440x900. try changing some of the options on the amd vision center.

since u're using and ATI GC than u can easily scale ur resolution of CF to 1920x1080, i play on that resolution :P

Okay I will try changing the display settings in the catalyst center.
And will see how it goes.

What resolution did you set it too?
Since 1920x1080 can't be used.

8GB Ram is overkill and a waste of space in a laptop imo. Not many programs use that much RAM and many that do, can run on lower amounts perfectly fine.

Doesnt take any more space than 4gb ram does. same size stick?... But you're right. Ive got a 2.53 intel i5 quad, ATI 5650 1gb dedicated and 4gb ram in my laptop. never came close to even using the 4gb ram lol.

..... Bet his laptop isnt a 18.4 inch full HD 1080p screen though

Okay so I changed my resolution settings to 1600x900
high-32bit
60hz

and this is what I get?

for some reason it automatically sets it as 800x600 when I start the game? anyway can change that? because I can't access the settings button for some reason. It only lets me access BM and storage?

Go to your CrossFire folder in your documents and find the file System.dat, open it with notepad.

change that number to a 1.

It's not too difficult to figure out, just take a screenshot of the file before you change something, change something, re-open the file, compare.
