M14EBR Not Awarded

Almost 3 days ago now, I purchased 40 m14EBR crates. After opening 35 of them, I was very annoyed that I had not gotten it, but I still had 5 more to go. I was ecstatic when i got the m14 in my second to last crate. I took a screen shot so that I could post it on my clan forums. When I went to the Storage to equip it, I found that it was not there. I searched through it 5 times, but I did not get the m14ebr that I had just won from the Black Market.

I submitted a ticket not 15 minutes later saying what had happened, but I have still yet to get a response, and it has almost been 72 hours since I submitted the ticket. I am still confused why it has taken so long for a response, but that's beside the point.

I am here to ask if such an event has happened to anyone else? As in, they won a gun from the black market, but it did not appear in their inventory. Am I the only one? Does it have to do with Crossfire being extremely buggy lately? And if it has occurred, did z8 agree with your appeal, and award you the gun?
