Dog tag is gone

I did the daily yesterday and got an R2 dog tag and saw it in my collection. I logged in today and saw that the dog tag was missing and my mission was reset (like I never completed it in the first place). This is annoying because playing Mutation Mode is very time consuming and I don't want do the mission again for something I already earned.

    MM and HM mission matches have a known problem, where the database doesn't update. I've played HM matches (I have to play 10), logged out, and then restarted later to discover the same thing. I've had to replay up to 7 matches before it actually recorded that I finished the mission.

    Generally I avoid MM/HM missions, and if I don't like the main mission I might just not do any at all. If you are faced with this choice, I suggest you do the same until they announce this bug is fixed.
