Connecting to Room or Game PROBLEM, HELP PLEASE

I am having this problem where i freeze on the page that comes up when you are trying to enter a game or a room or a channel. This makes the game unplayable and the page dose not go away no matter the time i wait.

If you can help me with this loading error or if it has been solved, please give me a link or some help with this problem, i have tried reinstalling the game and that did not work.
