ZP Buyers -- more leniency for hacking allowed?
So a few weeks ago, I caught this guy speed hacking (won't post replay, PM me if you want it):

I noticed in his profile that his "honorable soldier" ribbon is gone (I always check player pages before and after reporting) -- but his last play date is today. Does that mean he received only a temp ban for his hacking? Coincidentally he also owns ZP weapons.
I have far more ZP weapons on my account and I still think that any hacking should be PERMANENT ban -- regardless of how much money they spent. They can make a new account and spend money all over again if they really feel the need to hack.
Am I wrong? Is there some other common way to lose your Honorable Soldier ribbon besides Temp. bans?

No, there is no lenience for players who buy ZP.
When taking care of a report ban for cheating, the account transactions / items are not even checked.
The reason a player can receive a temporary ban is if the player was caught by the auto-ban system. As the auto-ban system gives a temporary ban if the player has not been banned by it before. This is because while the system cannot prove you're cheating in game at the time, it can prove that you have some form of hacking software on your PC.
There are also other reasons a player can receive a temp ban and lose their ribbon, this ranges anywhere from bug abusing, glitching, insulting, harassment, racism, charge backs, etc. -

If you're concerned about the player not being banned, he's a high rank, and is clearly cheating, feel free to send the replay to my PM box and I will make sure the correct people see it. -

sign, every hacker should be banned perm. , cause only a week mute sucks. Z8 should do it like blizzard. When i played wow, every hacker had been banned perm. , and u know u paid every month 10 euros !!! -
