As I've stated numerous times throughout the course of this day, do you have proof? If you didn't get the ribbon, wait a couple days then send the ticket. Give the support team a few days to settle down to all of the complaints, then ask them for help. Ask them after they've cooled off, and are ready to help out.

im not complaining or anything, because i know that there are a lot more people who also didnt recieve the ribbon. As for proof, if the records on my profile are not enough, then the only other way would be to literally take a screenshot of every game you played, which is ridiculous. If that is what z8 wants people to do in order for proof then there is really no reason for me to talk anymore. -

Well, there's really no way to know if or if not you played the games unless you have proof. You could always try to send a support ticket and ask them to manually check, but it would be so much harder than just giving them the proof straight up. -

As I stated before, the only "proof" worthy to show z8 that they would actually give someone the ribbon is to take a screen shot of every game you played. I guarantee not one person would be paranoid enough to do this. -

I did it, it's just safe. I'd rather take 3 seconds to press "Print Screen" then to have to dispute over days about it with Support. Better safe than sorry. I can't help you out any more if you don't agree with what I'm saying, it's as easy as that. -

i dont disagree with what you are saying, nor am I crying over a ribbon. I'm just saying that these little mistakes shouldn't happen in the first place. -
I still don't understand why you people get depressed over a single ribbon. This occurs every patch that gives out a ribbon. There will be more to come. But I'm sure either you did something wrong with the missions or CF is being rreeaallyy slow.
Plus you said you did your missions last minute, so you might have exceeded the time limit. (Just a guess) -
You need to patient with these sort of situations. Your not the only person looking to receive your ribbon and the Support Team doesn't favor you. You aren't NUMBER 1. Everybody is their priority and I'm sure you will receive your ribbon if you did your missions correctly. Just be patient and you'll get your ribbon. That one ribbon being here today won't make a difference if it showed up tomorrow. You will get it when you get it and have some respect along with the appreciation to understand the work it takes to deal with assh0les who give the Support Administrators a tough time. They don't fail, you do.

I am in the same situation I've even overdone them.
Talked to Saidin who said he'd checked 3times that everybody had recieved it and that they had even lowered the requirements by 10%. He added that he'd look into my stats or whatever but didn't answer since that.
I understand how mad this can drive you since the same is happening to me but I'm sure support and saidin himself are already looking for a fix and searching what messed up to give us a system of better quelity next time.
Edit: David is right too.
Edit 2: Guys if you could just try to not repeat yourselves on the fact he probably messed up it would be really kind of you. All it does is drive him even more mad than he is / can be.
I highly doubt dozens of us are QQing over this fact and saying we've overdone the missions if we haven't or aren't 100% sure. I personnally did way more than required because I don't like to do the exact number, it's frustrating to tell your self maybe one single kill or game didn't register so I just overdid everything.
As bad as this community is / can be I highly doubt so many false complaints could be reported.
As for the screenshots, yes that's totally ridiculous but I guess I'll have to do it next time to ensure myself I get rewarded.
Just remember one thing when posting: z8games is doing a great job but is not and will never be perfect (nobody can be perfect, how would a groupement of people be?).
