I got hacked!!
GMS PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!! I lost my account to someone I don't know!!! He changed the e-mail adress and password, so I can't acces it in any form!!! the account is KainLance, I put a lot of ZP and I had a lot of guns! I don't want to loose all that! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
My luck is that I was logged in on the forums while my account was hacked, so I can still send messages trought here! Please help me!! I beg you!!

I've never got that. I only got the e-mails from Crossfire saying that the order was succeeded. I never bothered to get a support ticket... Isn't there any other way to get my account back!?! Please!! I can tell what was my last login and password. And I probably now my security answer. Please GMs...

In other words: GMs help me!!!! I lost my account to someone who tricked me into getting ZP!!!!!! I didnt get it AND AND I lost my account!!!!! Omg go get him he stole my account after I hgave him all my information!!!!

No one here can help you. We do not know your security information, and do not have access to your screenshots or email to get the proof you need to regain your account. Go to support and fill out a ticket
And, by the way, we know your account wasn't "hacked". You were phished, keylogged, or social engineered into giving your information to someone. No one in their right mind would commit a felony just to use someone's random account on a F2P game site. -
Click the link in my post it sends you to the support ticket. If you used your parents credit card for buying zp ask them to log into their email and take a screen shot of the email crossfire sent you when you bought the zp save the screenshot and put it in the support ticket.KainLance2 wrote: »I've never got that. You could try using a credit card statement but I dont think your parents would just give you their credit card statement. -
I got it back!!
I MANAGED TO CHANGE THE E-MAIL, SINCE THE SECURITY ANSWER I STILL REMEMBERED!!! SO THEN I CHANGED BACK THE PASSWORD!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I AM SO HAPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Now all I have to do is change the security answer!!!! This person probably knew me. How would she know it?
