Cant get zp from free zp

I have about more than 3000 zp that has passed on that says it was good passed to my account but in my acount it says i got 810 i did 3 offers all 3 worked now were is my zp also what are bp used for and were in game or online

Sometimes it takes a while.

The surveys dont always give you your ZP even though you did everything it said to do. The only thing you can do it Screen shot it and report it to the survey provider and even then you might not get your zp. Make sure you wait a while sometimes the zp is late.
