Operation triton ribbon not rewarded?

I swear that i did finish the challenge to get the ribbon then where's it?

You can verify that you completed each requirement by going to your profile, then going to statistics at the bottom. If you have, wait a couple days to make sure that it won't magically show up, then send in a support ticket.

Tutorial isnt and S&D map its a bug so it probably didnt count.

I Recieve my ribbon of operation but i complete 20 ribbon and dont recieve my crystal RB?

tutorial s&d

me and my clanleader also did that kills on tutorial. he gets the ribbon, i didnt. we live both in germany and in the same town.
