Hello,

I am having trouble recovering my old account, since i lost my old email account and i cant remember my password. If there is any way to recover my account plis let me know, I know the items i have in my account, i know the old mail, i think i remember some of my old cf freinds names and also my clans name. Basicly i do remmeber my info, i just can't remmeber my old password for cf. Plis contact me if there is any chance of recovery. I bought ZP on that account and i would like to do so again, but not on a new account.

to change your email and password i believe the security question is required.

Yes, but i dont remmeber the answer and i dunno what else to do. If a staff member could help me with this issue, that would make me really happy

I already bought some zp btw hehe nice to see that we can spend the zp bonus now :P back then we couldnt use it yet.

ways to recover your account

send in a support ticket and include 2/3 of these info
1. Know your security answer
2. Know when you created your account (Month, Day, and year) The day doesn't gotta be exact.
3. If you have any transaction bills.
4. Know your email. Tell them your email.
5. Tell them your ip address.
6. Old passwords

I can't think of anymore but there are prob more but ya.
