20k ZP missing

hey guys,

first: sorry for my bad english - i come from germany ^^
I bought at the 25th june 70k ZP with a PSC (50k+20k). but up to know, i got only the 50k The money of the 20k are written off too. (I had a 50€ PSC and after the banking there were only 6.37€).

It is ca. 30 hours ago. I send a message to the Support, but no answer.

    i suggest you also send an email to PSC support. anyways, you can't expect too much support when the staff is off for the weekend :P
