ZP-Payment problem

Dear Members,
today i bought a paysafecard-> 10€. And i just have 3x left, with some less cents on it. Then i checked em, and noticed that i have with my new paysafecard exactly 12,55€! I opend google and searched for a Currency Calculator. And i found one. So i typed the 12,55€ in and it showed me 17,79 USD( USDOLLAR) !
So i was happy, went to the the deposit, wrote all in and when i klicked "pay" , i got the message that i need 0,10 USD more. I said woot. I checked again Currency Calculator( link to it http://www.oanda.com/lang/de/currency/converter/ ) and all was right.
I cant accept it. Im not going to pay more than it says. Cause i need for 20k zp 17,49 USD and not 17,59 !!! -.-
I wrote a ticket and since now no answere. Did somebody had same issuses ?
Answere fast and give me some statements !
