I get a black screen when I enter the game

Every time i join a match I get a black screen and i can see nothing but my lifepoints and texts.
I tried reinstalling the game like 3 times. I deleted crossfire directories. Disabled my antivirus, my firewall. I did everithing i could do and nothing. Please help me

it seems as if it might be a video card problem as i've experienced this as well. my suggestion is try to restart crossfire after you get the black screen. this error can also occur if you have modded CF

Same problem here - internet cafe

We have the same problem ( black screen ) since Friday . We have an internet cafe and the game is running from the server to the terminals. Our tech guys have reinstalled the game several times . Any idea what the problem may be ?

as mentioned above, try updating your video card drivers. if that doesn't work, try re-installing CF from a fresh download available here http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloadS2.aspx

i had the same problem but i fixed it by installing my graphic card driver and check antialiasing if it is off change to 2x or 4x
