I did not get my crates.

uhm when you buy crates from the bp mall it goes to your black market inventory not my items on the web. You gotta restart your game in order for the crates to be on your account (go back to server list and connect to a server then check your black market inventory or if you don't see it then just restart CF) If you don't have it after that then just wait a bit and if its still not there send in a support ticket
