dragunov sucks, even if you hit their chest you don't always 1 hit kill, and it's bolt-action. Terrible gun.

what i said only applies if you think it's always a 1 hit KO to the stomach, if you know it's not then disregard what I said.

maybe you should read the first part:

There are five different damage areas on each character:
1. Below the waist (which I call Foot/Leg), butt counts as foot/leg too.
2. The upper half of the body, arms and hands(which I call Hand/Arm). Note that the upper half of the body does the same amount of damage as hands/arms. A back/chest shot is referring to lower back/chest(so stomache-ish).
3. The lower half of the body (which I call back/chest).
4. A regular (white) headshot (I try to get them as often as possible except when I say golden headshot).
5. A golden headshot (I almost never try to get these and if I do it will be shown). Golden headshots don’t do much more damage than regular headshots(up to about 5), so it shouldn’t matter much.

One again you're not making sense, on my guide it shows that up to a certain distance it's a 100dmg shot, but after that distance it gets iffy. You lose.
