I've tried both my Visa and Master card. Both times, it said VOID BLOCKED TRANSACTION or something like that. What's going on with the mall?

I have this error when I try to buy

This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

i contacted them and they sent me this

"Please note that BuddieShops has recently updated its payment security system. Depending on your account's character levels and the games you play, you will be restricted to a certain maximum deposit limit. This update has been made to ensure a safer payment environment. In the future, this limit may be increased. Thank you for your understanding. "

Yea they gave me that stupid thing too and I am like master sergeant. I used to buy zp all the time but now I can't

credit card issues

i had the same problem but it was because i accidentally put in the wrong expiration date for the CC. Now it wont let me buy zp with any Credit card. So i just buy UGCs online and get zp that way.
