Account is blocked! But why?

I make this new Account cause my Mainaccount is banned!

Please, can u help me to find out why its BanneD?

Ok, here iam gonna Start (sry for bad english, iam german)

2 Days ago, i bought ZP´s via PayPal, such 90k or so!

But today my Account is Banned!

But i dont know why?

I paid for the ZP´s and my PayPal Account is not in Minus and i have enough Money on that!

When i log in on z8games.com it says:

Your account is closed due to temporary hold (chargeback) for the following payments.

Paypal -- Chargeback by TransID ******************

And when i come ingame, it says:

This Login ID has been logged in allready.
Would you like to log in again?

YES

NO

Then i klicked *YES*

and then a Message pops up:

You cannot Access to the test Server!

What the Hell is going on with my Account?

I write a Supportticket, but no one answered!

Please, can u help me?

I want my Main Account back!

They, for whatever reason, didn't receive the money. Your account should be re-opened when they receive the money owed.

but all payments are completed!
The money is away from my PayPal Account and the Transaction is successfull!

Get PayPal Support to approve your payment and merge it with Z8's transaction ID.
