Headset question
I plan on getting a surround sound headset and had a question:
How good is the bass/sound on the Logitech G35? I plan on playing games but also listening to intense music with a ton of bass, and would very much like my ears melting off my head. Also, if the G35 isn't that good, would the Cyber Snipa 5.1 Championship headset be good? I'm not sure how surround sound headsets work, but the Cyber Snipa has 4 drivers in each earpiece which are, I believe; Front, Center, Rear and subwoofer.

surround sound headsets are a marketing technique, they aren't true surround sound. I usually suggest getting a pair of studio headphones, and using a clip on mic, as studio headphones blow away gaming headsets and headsets in general in sound quality. look into the corsair HS1A headset, even though they aren't studio headphones they are still decent for your needs.

Necessary bump, I have a question. Would it be more beneficial to get a stereo headset or a surround sound? I'm starting to have second thoughts about the surround sound headset as I dont really think it'll be "true" surround sound as the drivers are in the same location and not "surrounding" xD If you could recommend a headset for under $80, I would be grateful.

I would go for a good stereo headset. Honestly I don't think the surround sound ones are worth the money, although I still like mine.SooperPickle wrote: »Necessary bump, I have a question.
