My Account is hacked what can i do?

Hello my account is hacked by an another people.
He try hacks and more.
My account was already banned 3 times and the support blocked my cries for help.
I forgot my email and Security answer because my account is register in year 2009.
So what can I do with the stupid game with the hacker has one end.
Please help me.

My account got stolen by a player in crossfire named [SH]-Don if u can find him please punish him or something . the name of the acc that was stolen from me was Demsie
