ZP not showing after surveys

I did two Peanut Lab surveys, for a total of 6180ZP, after the surveys it said that both the offers were approved, this is my 4th hour waiting for my ZP to show up. Is there a error? Because it usually takes 2hours.

Z8Games doesn't deal with this. Try contacting Peanut lab. It usually has a customer service button.

i bought zp with allopas and it still didnt come usually comes within 10 mins its been 6 hours now...

Some services have 24+ hour delay.

send them an email showing them that you completed it.

I did contact them before I posted this, but they said I got credited already but the points are not showing up

Are you sure you did the surveys on the right account or did you do them on an alternate ?

Like I said before some offers may say approved but you don't actually get the points because they report on a delay. If you read some of the fine print on these surveys you will see that they say "Offer reports on a 15 minute delay." That's the most common one anyways.

Yeah just wait 1-2 more days. If not just message them constantly OR you can visit their official website.
