not sure if someone asked already, but how will we know if we have had won 5 times without keeping tracks ourselves? Again, how will we keep track of our 100 kills in sd? etc etc

You have to keep track yourself. There is not other way.

You should play S&D only until you think you get the 100 kills...
if you are not sure just click the exit button and check the Kills,if you did S&D only you'll be completely sure if you are done or not according to your number of kills.

You won't. You must keep track. What I would do is bring up my exit screen and write down the k/d numbers and w/l numbers for S&D before joining any matches. Then only play the compound matches. Periodically bring up the exit to see where you stand. When you hit the number needed, then you can go do what you want to do.
