I get no ZP

Hi,
after completing a few surveys recently I noticed I didn't get any ZP from them. The pages of the sponsors mark the surveys as awarded, and I even got some awarded by the customer service, but I still haven't got the ZP. The problem occurs with SuperRewards and SponsorPay.
