Crates weapons

Every weapon that I get in crate, which is not perm, comes to me broken, and I need to repair it before I use it.. is that normal??

Thay will not do ship..I have sent pic's a few times to them and did not get crap back...I thought thay might have fixed it by now but no..becouse i just won 3 gp 7 day guns a few days ago and all 3 had no ammo again..
