i keep getting can't connect to server , i uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 4 times and i disabled my antiviruse and i keep getting this error !! please help me

According to the link below, most, if not all, of the servers are currently operational.

i am reinstalling it now but the " Server Clan UK " is offline so i think it won't work

The servers should be up now.

The servers might have been up before, but the login server was still down.
