Presuming your monitor is 60hz it will be more than sufficient. Just make sure you have a decent CPU.

Might want a 500w but other than that should be fine.

What PSU do you have exactly? "450 watt" means nothing.
Can you tell us the brand/model and possibly the amount of amperage (A) on the +12v rail(s)?

It's stated by the manufacturers that this card needs a...
"Minimum 400W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 24A)."

With your setup, your should be able to run Crossfire in Max EASILY; it isn't a very demanding game (like the new games you can buy in stores/Steam).

I had a:
-Athlon 64 X2 4400+
- 4GB Corsair DDR2 800MHz RAM
- Radeon HD 4850 512MB
- Antec True Power Trio 430W (awesome unit, better than some 450W-500W units)
...and it ran Crossfire on Max with 80fps+.
