Help with reinstallation

Trying to re-install windows XP 32 bit to get CF working again, but I don't have the disk, so I'm trying to find the i386 folder. Well, that's actually the problem. I've found it, but none of the ones I've found have the "winnt32.exe" file in it, which from what I've read is the file that reformats my PC. The computer I have came with XP installed, so where would I find this file?
