PLS need help mypc was hacked ansd my email is banned

Take this as a lesson for the future, don't download programs you're not supposed to.
I'm pretty sure you know what I mean by that.

If you want to clean your PC of the virus, download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, scan and immunize any threats, then disable and delete any 'system recovery' files on your PC.
If you're not sure how to do that, just ask.

If you wanna go the longer way round, re-format your HDD, but you'll need another copy of your OS to put back on there.

As for your account, it may already be too late, but contact Support, and explain the issue to them.

formate your system and install a new copy of windows if you have problems with your account cause of your email problem take a support ticket
