Forum rules?
I read the forum rules/infraction policy.
It says if you have 10 infractions total on an account it's a perm ban.
I have 3 infractions, 2 of which have expired.
Let's just say I have 5 infractions, all of which expired.
If I get 5 more then will I be banned permanently?
And also is this a game ban?

Yes.
And it depends on how severe it is. -
You'll just be banned from the forums if your points stack up to the required amount for a forum ban - minus expired ones.
You won't get banned in game for minor infractions, they could ban you in game but you would have to do something really outrageous that ticks them off big time.
