Yea, just use a fast gun, AK or M4 are good enough. Dual Desperados did well for me.

aim at head of who stand in the side, people aimed the most in the middle zone

It's just luck. I aim to the head, it shows that I hit him and get 0 hp and die. 30-40 ping. That map is clearly not for me.

As soon as you spawn hold down the fire key and turn their direction. Aim at the heads. Also, getting a gun that can be ready to fire really fast is helpful.
