Post the problem here, I hope MOD will finally heard us and find a problem to this bug.
PS: also on Vista, this bug appears.
No one will answer. A strange company.
Also the developers of this crappy Xtrap - even more strange!
No one can be reached - no one answers.
Well, as long as the payment works, all is ok!
And its definetly their problem - so pls stop to make "clean installs ... etc."

So change to another game.
try searching for previous threads for starters.if this is an old problem you might find the answers there already.you also need to be patient in waiting for a response.the mods cant and do not always have an immediate answer for you.if you want it all you way try "burger king" -

no, its not necessary ..
and its not necessary to proove, that since 14 days this strange company " x-trap " does not answer - but they have a nice email-function inside their error messages.

The game loads for just about everyone and it's impossible to know what would be stopping it on your computer.
So things like reinstalling it and making sure your antivirus is not blocking it are things that will be suggested every time.
On the other thread with this issue some one was saying to download internet explorer 7 and install that.

Please understand that i wont start now to write all what i did ... its enough that i wastes hours for this!
But it does not work.
The only thing I wonder about is, that no one of this strange company " x-Trap " answers. For what do they have such a nice email-function?
In general - this is a strange company. A technical support is not existing - but one could think so. Not very nice.
but as long as the payment works, all is OK.

this game always get in error every time thers a new update the program get crzy waht an idiot style it says file change and one of the forum advise we need to change the rez file by unzipping the said files but still the error is continous can you recruit a good programmer i think the developer needs more lessons on this kind of program -
yeh yeah i agree they are thinking all about money for sure,i can say it becasue this games lots of bug most of the time when they make new update it takes a week or days before the game wilkl be ok it always make an error FILE was CHNAGE stupid developer

some friends have this problem HGW load and Xtrap don't start and this problems gets if you now downlaod and instal the game players who hawe already instaled and updated that game work fine maiby xtrap get some file changed in the updat and players who now make the xtrap and hgw updat bom problmes and if this problem happen to me i don't leave this game bk i put in more that 100k zp so GET Xtrap to work
