That obviously gives you the right to drink and drive.
110mph while drunk... Fine. Do it if it is certain no one's on the way and you're headed to a stone wall.
Have someone with you in the car while being drunk. Have someone shoot you if you think it's a good idea.
You say he was a great person. I say he was an idiot i would not mind at all if he did not kill another person with his actions. -

I never said it doesn't give him the right to do that.
He simply made a mistake like anyone else can do, And it ended up killing him.
you basically just pointed out that hes a awful person for this when hes really not. Speaking of others in the car, How do you know they weren't drunk also, and allowed him to do this, Plus put there own lives at risk even if this incident didn't happen?
Alcohol can control what you do. Yet people still drink/ get intoxicated ALL THE TIME.
It does not make them horrible people.
