A KDR that is better than 2.0 doesn't mean that the guy having it is a hacker, neither a farmer. It's just plain stupid saying something like that.
Also, regarding your signature. The payment of reporting a hacker here is that he either will get banned if he truly hack or he will not get banned. Rewarding people things for reporting hackers would just encourage them to send in a lot more fake reports, and then it would just take even longer for a hacker to get banned.
And I bet that after awhile the rewards will be removen because of all the false reports in League of Legends. -

I got some points in League of Legends in the tribunal..its working nice.. I stop flaming and insulting the feeders and the afk and the noobs....
feeders are like AARRGHGHHHHH
but still... you work in the tribunal and you get something back..reporting in crossfire gives you nothing and you waste almost the same time. Receiveing 2kgp 3k gp isn't nothing special.. Or some item, like fast.bomb.defuse... or other exp plus item. You only receive it if the report is good. False reports give you nothing.

1k GP for every succesfulll and good report = Good for everyone -
