Why would i be mad? You wasted your life completing 11 missions this month, You should be mad.. you're missing out on girls and weed and school.

maybe check your inventory or refresh crossfire. i got mine once i finished my mission.

maybe you should do the next mission, it might be a bug and not register your 11th and 10th mission.

if you did some of ur missions as the mutation one's that could do it i know the tags from mutation dont register either sometimes try sticking the sub base or other none mm\hm missions
