On the issue of a new hack

Ok so just the other day I was playing an surprise surprise an aimbot speedhacker with oneshotkill and infinite hp and ammo pops up on black list. So naturally I rally my allies and tell them this guy has to go. As usual the hacker tries to evade being kicked by kicking a few of his allies (which is typical since he also had the hack that negates limited vote). And then I start raging and tell them to kick him. But nobody complied. Then a new thing popped up. This brand new hack that must be immediately addressed and anyone using it should receive a permanent ban. I mean permanent because this hack ruins the game to a new extreme. This new hack was activated after I insisted that everyone press f12 on the hackers attempts to kick his teamates and telling them to turn on him. The surprise here is that I got kicked by the hacker on the OPPOSITE TEAM! This is extremely frustrating because that same guy appeared again today and did the same thing to me before I could save the replay or anything. Basically this hack along with his hack that somehow distorts the favoring system so regardless whoever he decides to kick gets kicked. I really don't understand how a game in which I have invested 400$ allows this to happen. In fact perhaps anyone that doesn't pay should be banned. Im fed up with speeders and aimbots but this is a new low in the hacking community. Then this ******* has the nerve to pm me telling me Germany sucks and hes some Brazilian soldier. I mean honestly was it not enough that you soiled 2 good games for me you stupid sack of win!? Telling me im a noob....
