Though if its right I'd be more than happy to comply.

This is how we've proceeded, my bro and me joined a game, he left (gave me 6EXP)
Then, another game, I killed my bro 1 time, then he left (gained 11EXP (6EXP for winning + 5EXP for killing))
Did it with head shots etc etc...
Combots were hard to do, we were only 2...
Escape mode, I'm escaped 1 time, gave me 3 kills (3 Extra Points), he left, got 21EXP (15EXP for Escaping, and 6EXP for winning) etc.
GP is rewarded time-based on how long you are alive in-game, and you MUST have shot your gun at least once to get the GP.
Btw, this EXP chart is very accurate
But when I win on GR side, I only get 3 EXP.
On BL Side, I get 5-6 EXP? @_@ -
First of all, everything I tested is purely in TD (5min), didn't have the time to look at other modes yet. So what I say might be different for other modes/times. Secondly, I still don't have enough data to figure out XP in different kill-death combinations.
GP
1) GP is mainly based on time in game from your first spawn until the end of the game. Being dead or alive does not matter.
2) Having no (or a completely broken) primary will mean you get almost no GP. Not firing a single round (with any gun, nade or knife) in the entire game means you get 0 GP
3) Not having a secondary has a way smaller effect on GP.
4) There is a small difference between the GP you can get for a set amount of time (we got between 84 and 95)
5) Kills and deaths do NOT affect GP.
XP
1) The amount of XP gained/lost per kill/death varies depending on the amount of kills and deaths you already have. You will lose 3 xp for going 0-1, but only 1xp for each following death without a kill.
2) A kdr of 1 has a +2xp for each kill+death (0-0 = 39xp, 1-1 = 41xp, 2-2 = 43xp, 3-3 = 45xp, 4-4 = 47xp)
3) A headshot adds 1 xp, nade and knife kills count as normal kills and give no bonus xp.
4) Suicide (by nade or by fall damage) counts as a normal death: no extra xp penalty.
5) If the teams are uneven (2v3 or so) the team that has less players gets extra xp, the team with more players gets less than normal.
6) Base XP for 5min Ship is 39xp.
I probably won't have much time for more tests soon

Sorry but i lol'd.
You fail at reading. I said I'm tired after playing soccer for 4 hours. AND I DON'T PLAY 24/7
A person also gets mentally exhausted after playing a sport for 4 hours. -
