Hacker reports auto closed

Hi, I have been submitting hacker reports but they seem to be automatically closed so I want to be sure that they are actually being actioned as so I know I am not wasting my time making the reports. I have sent the same question to technical support but I would also like to hear what your experiences are so that I feel confident that I am not wasting my time.

I enjoy this game but given the number of hackers playing, it really spoils the fun - I am also very reluctant to pay cash for upgrades if my hacker reports are not being dealt with otherwise it would be a waste of money for me.

If you aren't good enough to play the game without cheating then you should pick another game! Having a high k/d ratio does not make you any more of a man! Nor does it increase the size of your male equipment! No one cares that you have a high k/d ratio so what is the point in cheating? One must live a super boring and sad life to feel the need to cheat in an online game! In life it is a lame achievement lol

I understand how you feel, I think they automatically close the reports to say they have the information as my reports get closed instantly too.

But they give you a replay back? Anyway, i think we should make an Hall Off Shame(and list all ign of players who hacks)! Whem i made a support ticket, they usualy replay me back after 2 or 3 days.

Edit: i dont think they should close the reports automatically. They should give you an answer on your report!

I quite often see hackers I reported a few days later in game(really, the same name) and don't get any replys to report tickets so I think they don't do anything about it. Anyway, I stopped reporting because it doesn't give me or anyone an advantage, nor the hacker a disadvantage. I don't get paid for it(what about 100ZP for reporting an actual hacker so he gets banned? People would report(abuse --> 7 days no ticket), hackers would get banned, people would pay more money because the game is more clean than it is now(100% clean is sort of impossible)). But I supoose they won't do this because a) nobody who could do it reads this and b) it would mean they acutally have to WORK which is the last thing they want to do.

I would find it hard to believe that the developers would allow hackers just because they pay money towards the game, ultimately they would be shooting themselves in the foot as by allowing paying hackers they're driving away honest players. Let's face it, hackers would no doubt hack zp if they could so they're bad apples and should not be kept. Eventually CF would end up with a cluster f*** of hackers and no honest players, although that would be interesting to watch lol

Well, if I receive responses for the reports i've submitted I shall let you know - in the meantime I shall try to enjoy the game and hopefully make some friends on here so we can play in private rooms.

If anyone wants to sort out a private room for non hackers to utilise, let me know and I'd be happy to join.

Z8Games hopes for the addiction of honest players to make them keep playing CF. I'd say everybody who pays money for CF is quite addicted because nobody with a clear mind would pay money for something that's supposed to be free(except for those who clean their *sses with 100$ notes).

They could send an automatic message then, but they don't, which makes me think they auto-delete it aswell and keep their fingers in their *sses.

lol that's very odd logic there! the game is free to play but as an incentive you can pay for zp or do surveys to unlock better weapons to give you an advantage. Also, by supporting the game through purchasing zp you're allowing the developers to create better games. If everyone thought like you we wouldn't have free-to-play games!

What surprises me is that people would pay for VIP hacks and not purchase cheaper zp to obtain better weapons; one must live a sad a lonely life to hack a game to get a better k/d ratio that means nothing in real life.
