Your best bet is to send a support ticket and get your paypal reciepts ready so they can verify that you are the legit original owner of this account via transaction ID history -
eerm dude do you know that you shouldnt exchange accounts? take a look of it http://www.z8games.com/termsandcondition.aspx it says that you should keep your account safe and never give informations for exchange or something like that its your fault sorry..

I think it's time for some mathematics... But with words.
Tip: Sequrity question and answer can't be changed in a day, it takes time.
Excercise:
Security question and answer = able to change the E-mail address
E-mail address = able to change the password
Security question+password+E-mail address= owner of the account.
So:
The person who knows the old and new security questions and answer first, wins the battle and receives the account.
I'm afraid you lost this battle, my friend.
Please, look at it as a lesson you won't forget for a long time.

You are such an idiot. You give away your account details to a complete stranger then you call someone a kid when you use mopay instead of paypal. Only kids use it because they aren't old enough for a credit/debit card. You can't spell, you can't tell when someone is clearly trolling. I think it is you who should focus more on their education rather than video games and cartoons.
