Public voting & harsher punishment for hacker elimination
I suggest the following:
-Change the voting system so that all can see (replays too if possible), eg "Valhades votes Yes". There's no reason people should not be accountable for their votes.
-Anyone that willingly allows or refuses to vote out (not starting a vote, or voting against) a hacker will be subject to permanent ban as well. This could be perhaps be more lenient by giving players warning, and after X amount of strikes in a month -- they will be permanent banned.
This new daily mission system has created a paradise for hackers because teams will NOT votekick their own hacker so they can get a free win (counts towards their daily mission). Before it existed -- there was less incentive to win -- so hackers would get kicked.
Hackers only exist because the community ALLOWS them to exist. If they were voted out of EVERY room, they would NEVER be allowed in S&D, TDM, or any non MM/FFA game mode. I STRONGLY feel that the players that willingly allow/condone hackers on their team are 100% just as responsible. Hacking isn't a problem so much in regards to "personal benefit" -- it's more of a problem of making the game anti-fun for other players. By choosing not to vote out a hacker -- you are doing exactly what the hacker is doing, ruining the game for the other team.
Let me stress again, there is absolutely no reason a hacker should NOT be voted out. Players that allow a blatant hacker (speed/1-hit kill) are as much to blame. The game's gotten quite a bit smaller since last year -- and the hacker : player ratio has gone no where but up. This is due to the fact that a lot of the remaining player-base are kids (with obviously no sense of morals) and would rather have an illegitimate win than a fair loss.
Otherwise -- you will see this trend continue, the legitimate players will continue leaving, CF's population will shrink -- and the hack population will continue to rise until it's a hacker game.

I agree and think the same would be good for kick vote abuse but there are some problems...
How can you punish a player when he may have not noticed an hacker? or maybe he is so noob he doesn't know how to kick or that the player is hacking?
What happens if they kept the hacker until the end and then kicked? they did kick him.... -

i don't see a reason to punish people because they won't f11 someone you think is hacking, half the time most players don't even realize that there is a hacker on there team, and if most people are like me, i chat block everyone in the room so i can't see there "boa" chat -

"Not noticing" an obvious hacker is just an excuse for ignorance. Even new players can easily recognize cheating when they see another user speeding around the map at 10x the speed. The voting system is also very clear -- it's especially obvious when you see the "No" votes start popping up.
and keeping the hacker until the end is the same thing as not kicking -- still clearly intentional. I just came out of a game where we were about to win 4/5, then a hacker joined on the opposite team. The other team didn't kick him until the last round when they were about to win.
It's pretty much impossible to not notice a hacker is in the room unless you're AFK. I'm only talking about "blatant" hackers anyways -- questionable hackers like "wall hacking" is obviously not included. I was mostly referring to people speeding around the map, or firing through walls killing everybody at the start of the game. -
Another solution is to implement an item like this:
http://combatarms.nexon.net/Shop/ItemDetail.aspx?itemId=68&order=68&cat=7&subCat=20&is_sales_tab=false&sales=2&status=0&pageIndex=1&orderType=1
That would also work towards greatly resolving the problem. You can only kick rooms that you are the owner of -- which would allow the creation of "hack-free" rooms. -

I agree with this.
And I do notice hackers fairly quickly and do kick them and I can tell real hackers from the pros that everyone cries about.
However sometimes it is possible to miss a speeder even on your own team for a few rounds if they don't pass through you field of vision even through walls (as you can see there name). Not unless they are getting loads of kills constantly or are escaping on escape mode every 5 secs. -
And you presume every ZP buyer knows the difference between skill and cheat?I agree with this.

"Pay us and you can kick anyone you want from your rooms at any time" -

lol buy a item to kick

they just give the ROOMHOST a kickbutton, if the roomhost a bit smar think mature they all will kick cheater or people whof flame around. some people just installed this game to insult each other 2 having fun. -
I dont know if you noticed this:
Not the hackers are destroying this game - kick vote is. Since there are enough hackers in each room almost nobody kicks experienced players anymore.
Your proposal would raise the number of vote kicks extremely. And all decent players would stop playing public - you couldn't if you wanted to.
Only a small percentage of all players knows the rules exactly or visits the forums regularly. They would think you could ban them for every hacker they didn't vote... -

nuff saidYou can suggesting everything you want, but as long those things require spending money you won't see them.
everything requires a bit of money loss, so by your logic we will never see another patch update again -

Kick abuse happens. Live with it. Boohoo, this is a game. Thanks for taking everything so seriosly.-Anyone that willingly allows or refuses to vote out (not starting a vote, or voting against) a hacker will be subject to permanent ban as well. You people are really funny. You do realize that this does nothing? Hackers will STILL ROAM. The only thing you have done, is pushed the hacker to join ANOTHER room. Yes, because chamming and other types of hack which are pretty much unnoticable are allowed by the community.

Where is your evidence? I love people who always talk like this. Wheres the numbers bro? Where are they?Otherwise -- you will see this trend continue, the legitimate players will continue leaving, CF's population will shrink -- and the hack population will continue to rise until it's a hacker game.
The finishing touch is always great. Somone claiming the future of this game. Great stuff. Really.
Cool story bro.
Your suggesting that everyone, even the people who dont know how to click f11 or f12 are the ones that are responsible.
Your hilarious. -
The biggest problem with the votekick system is that not voting counts as a No vote. Not voting shouldn't count as anything.
So the two cry babies on the other team press f11 and every other foul kid in the game can't be bothered to press f12 because... Well it's not them getting kicked...
A kick system that allows anyone to be kicked that easily might as well be modified to allow anyone to kick people out of a room with no voting required - Click on the name and they have been kicked. -

I'd prefer that to what we have now where an obvious hacker gets voted on 3-4 times with a 9-3 vote but each time the kick is denied because 3 noobs too dumb to vote or want the hacker to help them win makes the count 9-6 so the hacker stays. -

Then you would be here moaning about kickers rather than hackers since it would be a million times worse, in fact I don't think many players if any would be able to complete a game. -

Yes and no. From personal experience, elite moderator made Combat Arms somewhat worse. I had better experiences in games without the elite moderator unless there was a hacker in it, but if I went positive the whole time in an elite moderated room, i would be ragekicked. I could barely stay on the Daily Top 5 or rank up because of it. See. You have to understand that it's not good to give people that type of power. Especially in a game like this where BRs have taken over and most people in the game are immature.
So yeah, this would help but it would bring on new, slightly less severe problems.
... and getting ragekicked out of a room for doing great isn't very fun. Sure, my K/D gets a boost, but my fun is also taken away and I don't receive my rewards for playing in the match. It's quite saddening if you ask me. =/ -

Excuse my double post but.....
You're really not doing much to help. You're just bashing the original poster which does nothing for this discussion.
Your trolling is sad.
