Which quality is better

First clip was recorded in 1024x768 and the second one in 1440x900.

As I'm starting to work on a bigger clip, I need an advice. Which one do you think is better?

Why would you want your footage stretched? 1440x900 for sure.

It also gives you more leeway to crop and zoom without getting real pixelated.
