Error with auto rewards with created character

I wanna post this problem because 20% people angering about not rewarded for faster than 10 minutes register and creating character.

Because if somebody do account with character in faster than 10 min. gets reward(random gun)so plz admins if u can repair this problem.

PS.Also i too have this problem 2 times and no one helped me with waiting 14 days
