Fast question but NO BANS!

i need to make a picture and i found some really cool ones on the forums! and if this thread do NOT get replied in 5 minutes i upload it. i like this picture and tell me if i can put it even if someone have it. ban? why? what did i do? maybe i did things wrong in other accounts but i want to keep this one clean. simple answer, yes or no and BAM thread closed but the answer have to be from MODS. pictures i really like and make me feel very comfortable:

Avatars are perfectly fine, MOD impersonation is not. So far there's no signs of that.

However, I am being nice today, if you've learned your lesson I won't ban this account for ban evading.
