Hacking GateWay Client has stoped working?

Hacking GateWay Client has stopped working, why? How can I fix this, I'm a windows 7 64-bit user and I've been playing before, it's the first time I've got this message. I've ran the program normally and as an administrator, it still don't work.

Help!

Try uninstalling the game , delete all Z8Games/CrossFire folder and empty the recycle bin.
Then disable your Anti Virus and re download.
