Cross fire is freezing when joining a channel

Hey Guys,i have this problem several days ago when i connect to crossfire i enter and connect to a server then when i join a channel it writes" Cross Fire Loading,etc.." And the game stops and that nothing works and its don't load plz someone help me

This also seems to be a slow internet connection kind of problem. Try and join channels that aren't being filled up every few seconds and racing to get into it. I've encountered this type of problem only a few times, and I simply close CF, log on again, and it works fine.

I Tried that but still the same also it was working and the same speed
