As other people say, sometimes leaders no longer have the 'will' to lead but feel like luggage when they aren't driving. Just lacking a little self-confidence in roles they aren't used to I guess. Like me trying to lead a team, that'd be funny, because I can think about what would be the best thing to do but lose it in communication.
