Please help

Hi im new in the game i just downloaded the game and i enter the game type in my username and password and i picked server and i picked channel to join and then got into team fight and i cant tell if its game error or loading so anyways i enter the fight the map loads the loading stops and i get exit from the game...and then my screen gose black...and it crashes can somone help me.

check to see if you meet the requirements to play the game and that your graphics card drivers are up to date. if so try reinstalling.

Okay i did everthing you told me check the requirement of the game and check my graphic card all work good and re installed the game and still the same problem

i have the same problem

I never had this problem before. It stared a couple days ago... I reinstalled the game over 6 times. fml.... i restored my computer to factory settings but nothing -______________-

Please help
