take ak gold i think its better
but if you really like m4a1 and can one shot good the m4a1 gold is a good choise to 
so take what you want they are both really good. ore take the ak knife has 35 bullets and the ak gold has 38 but ak knife has a KNIFE ;D;D -
take ak gold because it have higher damage than basic ak and extra bullet for spray
u can use m4a1 basic because m4 user always go for headshot so it doesnt matter if its m4gold or basic,
~u can get m4 gold for some extra bullets mean some extra kill in TD, (not useful in ghost cos it doesnt have silencer, in SD u wont need that much bullet) -
