you obviously don't know how much a goalie has influence on the game, if you think luongo is good you must be pretty dumb, half the goals he let in were a joke, honestly i know kids from the AAA teams i play that can stop those shots let alone me, look at the shots on goal and chances, Vancouver's offence out shot boston, looking at the score doesn't dictate everything, defense is the most primary role in a sport. Especially in hockey, I as a goalie carried alot of weight many times, stuff like this is best left to people that have actually experienced the sport rather than just watched it. -

he didn't play to his potential, he played sh1tty and he is the reason his team lost, end of story. It comes down to who is letting in the goals not whos putting them in. The shots he let in weren't so difficult, letting in goals like that puts your team in a slump. -

Easily best player of the series. Won them the cup hands down. -

nooo..van outshot em almost every single game.
and ur right, lou is pretty good hes just really steaky. some nights he plays unbeatable, some hes bad. this series was about as bad iv seen him. u dont think hes good? hes got a gold medal if im right.. -

Well... the Nucks did not deserve to win the series anyway. I can't say that this failiure was all Luongo's fault but Thomas defenetly impressed me even though I used to dislike him and his style greatly. Boston outworked the Nucks, had way better chances and had the better goalie.
Next season maybe? Can't see the Nucks roster changing that much through the off season and with guys like Hodgson and Tanev who showed alot of promise this season and the playoffs. -
LOL ! i watch hockey and its not garbage, id rather watch Canadian Thrived sports then any other american sport but guess what ? According to Analysis of NHL players by country of birth study conducted by Ph.D. Alan Hache, for the 05-06 season, 53.6% of all players in the NHL were Canadian. And America had a 18.5% share of all hockey players in the end. They just could never win without Canadian talent on American teams!!!

Boston as awhole deserved to win <33333 cause they GO HARD ! xD Just cause Vacouver is a canadian team, most players are not even canadian so pfft.
Funny thing someone told me when dissing hockey, was just abunch of toothless hairy men on ice O.O lol wow. -
