Downloading error

it checks files to down load and when it gets to downloading the thing it stays at 0% tried rebooting the file making a file for itself and still says 0%, help?

    oh and it starts on the loading thing as 1317b/sec then slowly goes down to 0

    okay so i finally went to 100+kb/sec and it's working, just keep doing the downloader til you get some b/sec going.

    okay it's working, okay forum moderator/admin you can delete the thread.
